Come Daily Fried Hokkien Mee

Since 1968....
Very impressive indeed, with  over 40 years of experience and still going strong...

This is one of the first few Hokkien Mees, decades back changed my view of  a Hokkien Mee....

Nothing much to look at,does not have any presentation.Messy, unappetizing looks.
Two miserable small prawns and 2 small pieces of cuttlefish. If like me,ask for the crispy pork lard.I can't live without it.Just love adding more calories and fats,to my already over sized fat body.
But this stall has one of the most strongest and most flavourable stock in a Hokkien Mee.The use of the pork lard oil,is quite intense, but it works very well for flavouring and taste.A good enough wok hei, blended very well with the stock and cooking time. Every mouthful of the gooey noodles is packed with oily, tasty, full flavoured stock. Not for the sooo health concision  .Price from $3.00 onwards.

It's best to go during a busy hour, where he frying quite a number of orders.A couple of times, alone order is some left overs heat up or added with some left over, can be very soggy, soft, over cooked noodles. But still very tasty.Certainly worth trip.

But don't go Daily they are closed on Mondays.
