We were having our lunch.Buddy asked me "how come you have not blog about this stall" though you eaten so many times.
Though I have eaten here quite a number of times but somehow I missed out on a write up on this stall.
Shredded Chicken Hor Fun.$4.00.The most vital thing in this dish is the sauce.And the sauce was quite different,special with very light,slight bitterness of herbal taste,smooth,mellow just the right thickness,very well balance.With the Kway Teow it just slips through the mouth with tantalizing ease.
Portion was reasonable with ample serving of shredded chicken,with prawns,veges and mushroom.Siok!
Braised Meat Hor fun.$4.00. The same nice tasty sauce,surprisingly more then reasonable serving of thick cuts of soft,tender tasty,braised pork belly.Yummy!
Curry Pork Chop Hor Fun.$4.50.The curry was like across between laska and the chicken curry mee.Texture was smooth,not spicy,very mellow tasting.Gravy was nice,pork chop was very well marinated, tasty,quite plentiful.Very nice.
All the order came with a soup.Which had some very nice light herbal taste.
Though there were no Crayfish in this Ipoh Hor Fun.Overall what was available here was good enough for our return visit.
