Grandma Mee Siam.

I have eaten at this stall on numerous occasion but somehow missed on a write up.

Tuck in Tekka Food Centre in the middle row, prepare to sweat it out.If gonna have a lunch over there. This has to be one of the most stuffiest food centre around.Well if you can bear the heat then try out at the Grandma. The name might advertise the mee siam but I usually go for the.....

But they have yellow Hokkien mee siam too. The  gravy for both are the same. But the gravy really blend well with the original version mee siam.
Most of the time the gravy is just right, not over sweet nor very sour.Though I do take the mee siam at times what I really go for there, is their....

Ngoh Hiang..though they claim most of their stuff are from supplier but these are really quite tasty.Almost like the hand made ones and better than some hand made ones.

One of the most vital for thing for Ngoh Hiang...The sauce..and this sauce  is one of the better one I have had.Just right with the spices, mild heat and the sourness.

You can  have the Ngoh Hiang with the mee siam or the normal soya bee hoon. It's tastes good with either way or on it's own.
.Prices for the Mee Siam $2.00.Ngoh Hiang starts from 0.50cents
