Hup Kee Fried Oyster Omelette

Indulge and fill in the sin add in the calories,
add the cholesterol.
This is a pure evil, unhealthy dish.
Very bite adds calories and cholesterol.Yes!we having Oyster Omelett(Orh Luak).Made with watery potato starchy batter, eggs, oil .Fried to a light  crispy, added with fresh Oyster. In expert's hand turns out to be heavenly bites of eggy bits.

As  said in a expert's hand this can be turn into exclusive tasting dish. And here is a cook who is undoubtedly who knows her trade inside out.The batter was crispy with slight chewy bite was not oily at all.It was fried to almost as perfect as Orh Luak can be done.
The Oyster were big juicy, lightly touched fried .The sourness of the chilly was very well balanced. This was a sinfully tasty dish, there was so much Ophm!Simply heavenly fantastic.  There are only a handful, who can dish this dish out this perfect.A WINNER!!!  $5.00

  1. This looks so delicious. I love this oyster omelet. Ate that in Penang....just sooo goood. I love to see them fry it too....sure needs some skill.

  2. Yes they really need skill many a times after 1 or 2 bites have left untouch at many stalls.
